Alex Sabad

Alex is a Senior Leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Life Sciences Supply Chain Strategy & Operations practice.  He has more than 20 years of industry experience with biopharmaceutical and specialty pharma companies in areas including global manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain. 

Alex’s experience includes a strong focus on operations strategy and helping companies with operational readiness to meet market demand across traditional and emerging markets. He has led initiatives to help companies establish and optimize platforms for sustainable growth in technical operations and product supply, drive operational performance, and reduce operating expenses with a focus on capacity, utilization, and throughput.  Alex’s work on strategic initiatives has included leading functional organizations through network and site operations optimization, network optimization for investments/ divestments, supply chain segmentation, and operating model (re)design and implementation across global networks.

Alex holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
